Recently, the Beijing Intellectual Property Court conducted a circuit court trial and legal education exchange activity at the Beijing Sino-German Industrial Park. The court also held discussions with representatives from park-based enterprises on intellectual property issues such as trademarks, copyrights, and patents.

During the discussion, the Beijing Intellectual Property Court released the "Special Research Report on the Security of Technology Secret Transactions," providing a detailed explanation of the report’s content. The court addressed issues raised by enterprises regarding intellectual property protection, responses to trademark infringement, and patent application protection, offering suggestions and countermeasures. This initiative strengthened enterprises’ awareness of risk prevention and their ability to respond to infringements.

In the next step, the Beijing Sino-German Industrial Park will continue to focus on the issue of intellectual property protection for enterprises. It will deepen cooperation and exchanges with the Beijing Intellectual Property Court to help park-based enterprises enhance their capabilities in the creation, utilization, and protection of intellectual property.
