The plant fully embraces Mercedes-Benz's globally leading digital and intelligent production concepts. It combines advanced manufacturing, green development, and technological innovation, serving as a key project for Beijing Benz to advance its electrification strategy and achieve high-quality development.
Gestamp New Energy Vehicle Components (Beijing) Co., Ltd. specializes in producing high-end lightweight body welding assemblies. The company supplies components for Beijing Benz's new energy vehicles, primarily responsible for producing key parts such as front wheel housings, rear floor panels, and firewall panels for the V295 and X294 models. Currently, the company has built a business operation management information platform centered on the SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) system. The workshop's smart system, SAP, integrates project development management and manufacturing execution systems to achieve digital factory management and enables unified scheduling and control of automated production line equipment.
