When their collaboration began in 2017, the joint turnover was less than €1 million. Today, Wilo and Veolia work together in over 29 countries, achieving a global total turnover of €4.5 million. Wilo has demonstrated strong capabilities in heating applications, particularly excelling in circulating pumps and submersible pumps. The future goal of both parties is to further expand cooperation into other product lines and continue driving comprehensive business growth.
Under the new global framework agreement, Wilo is the preferred supplier for deep-well pumps, horizontally split double-suction vertical multistage pumps and units, pipeline pumps, circulating pumps, axial flow pumps, vertical long-shaft pumps, and end-suction pumps.
Since the early 1990s, Veolia has experienced rapid growth in Greater China. Today, it provides cutting-edge and professional environmental services at over 100 sites across more than 50 cities in the region. Veolia China offers comprehensive water, waste, and energy management services for all stakeholders, covering seven business areas: water supply and sewage facilities, solid waste recycling and reuse, liquid and hazardous waste treatment and recycling, on-site services for industrial clients, regional energy cycles, building energy services, and water technologies.
Wilo China provides advanced pump and pump system solutions for users in the district heating sector, leveraging German quality, high efficiency, energy savings, and digital innovation. Wilo China and Veolia China have established a long-term partnership, collaborating on heating projects in recent years in cities such as Harbin, Jiamusi, and Qiqihar, where their red and green footprints are prominently seen.
With the signing of the 5-year strategic framework agreement between Wilo Group and Veolia Group, the two parties will deepen their collaboration, fully leverage their technical strengths, and contribute to the green, low-carbon, and smart development of urban heating through scientific empowerment.
