On July 30, Cai Xin, Member of the Leading Party Members Group and Deputy Director of the Beijing Municipal Intellectual Property Office, led a delegation to the Sino-German Building for an on-site research visit. Chu Xinlei, Director of the Beijing Intellectual Property Public Service Center, Gao Huimin, Deputy Director of the District Market Supervision Administration, and enterprise representatives participated in the visit.

Cai Xin and the delegation toured the exhibition hall of the Sino-German Building, the smart flexible production line of the "Factory of the Future" at the Bosch Industry 4.0 Innovation Center, and visited several key service enterprises.

Enterprise representatives introduced the efforts and achievements made in intellectual property management and protection, and exchanged views on the current challenges and difficulties faced in enterprise development.

At the Shunyi Sub-Center of the Beijing Intellectual Property Protection Center, Cai Xin visited public service areas such as the "one-stop" comprehensive service window and the intellectual property dispute mediation room, and listened to work reports from the sub-center.

Cai Xin highly commended the intellectual property work in Shunyi District and emphasized the following points:

First, it is essential to leverage industrial resource advantages, deepen regional characteristics, and build a specialized intellectual property service model to drive the prosperity and development of regional intellectual property through innovation.

Second, efforts should closely align with the development needs of high-precision and advanced industries, fully utilize the roles of sub-centers, workstations, and other institutions, and effectively integrate service capabilities to form a collaborative and interconnected service network.

Third, the role of workstations should be fully leveraged to create key "sentry points" with a solid foundation and excellent service capabilities, staying close to enterprises and innovation entities to enhance their intellectual property management and utilization levels.

Fourth, greater efforts should be made to cultivate intellectual property talents. Talent is the primary resource for developing intellectual property initiatives. By conducting full-chain intellectual property talent training, we can improve the knowledge structure and professional素养 of intellectual property, providing strong support for high-quality development.
