On March 5, 2024, the headquarters of Heifer in Nagold, Germany welcomed the visit of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz. Mr. Premier's visit to Haifule this time aims to gain a deeper understanding of how a traditional century old enterprise can maintain a successful development trend, and to discuss the issues of concern to employees and enterprises today.

Understand the century long history and future direction of Haifule

At the Haifule Exhibition Hall, Ms. Sibylle Thierer, Chairman of the Board, vividly introduced important milestones in the company's over 100 year development history to Prime Minister Olaf Scholz and his delegation. Ms. Sibylle Thierer has been leading the diversified development of the company as the leader of Haifule for the past 20 years until 2023. She has expanded Haifule's business scope from furniture hardware to door hardware, and then to whole house hardware solutions.

Haifule entered China in 1996 and established a wholly-owned foreign-owned enterprise in Beijing in November 2002- Haifule Hardware (Beijing) Co., Ltd., located in the Beijing Sino German Industrial Park, bringing functional and innovative hardware products to the Chinese market. Haifule is one of the earliest German funded enterprises to invest in Shun. It has now formed a huge product and sales network consisting of Beijing headquarters, branches in Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Chengdu, as well as sales offices in major cities in China. Subsequently, Mr. Gregor Riekena, CEO of Haifule, explained Haifule's new action plan "Maximizing the value of space. Together." - how Haifule will provide innovative solutions for future life and work. Mr. Gregor Riekena has been serving as CEO since January 2023. Last year, he led Hai Fule through various challenges and achieved impressive results globally.

At the Blackbox Lighting Exhibition Hall in Heifer, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz personally experienced the control functions of the lighting and locking system. After the visit with media representatives, Prime Minister Olaf Scholz held a private dialogue with representatives of employees from Heffler. During the dialogue, the Prime Minister had in-depth exchanges on issues concerning local infrastructure construction, sustainable development, social responsibility, future innovation, and the success factors of Germany as a commercial region that employees are concerned about. Mr. Olaf Scholz is open to these issues and carefully listens to the opinions and suggestions of every employee.
