Up to now, a total of 31 projects have been landed in the park, including key projects of Bosch Industry 4.0 Innovation Center, Allianz Insurance Asset Management Company, Engelbart Ecological Cycle R&D Headquarters, Rhein-Koster Dual System Education China Headquarters, Hüller Hille China Machine Tool Application R&D Headquarters.

Trimeta software has settled in the industrial park through via an online signing. As a hidden champion in the field of industrial CNC in Germany, Trimeta Software plans to set up China headquarters in China-Germany Plaza. It will build a China-Germany international interconnected industrial CNC platform, promote the introduction of high-end machine tool and equipment manufacturing CNC technology, stimulate transformation and application of core technologies in China, and assist domestic SMEs to improve industrial control technology.

Vastalta (Haohan Haici) Recycling Technology Co, Ltd established its China operation headquarters in the industrial park. With a focus on the management consulting, R&D and technology promotion and application of recycling technology, it aims to build a circular economy B2B digital trading platform, and achieve integration of upstream and downstream industrial chains of circular economy. As a 100% German-owned company, Vastalta has been registered and established in China-Germany Plaza, and started business operations.

The development of an enterprise is inseparable from policy support. Beijing China-Germany Industrial Park is an important carrier for the construction of the "Two Zones" in the capital and an innovative highland for opening up and cooperation. The park enjoys policies such as the National "Double Creation" Demonstration Base, the National Intellectual Property Pilot City, the National Industry-Integration Cooperation Pilot City, and the Beijing Innovation Industry Cluster Demonstration Zone. The Bosch Industry 4.0 Innovation Center was put into operation in 2021. Chen Yudong, president of Bosch Group China, said that the industrial park had helped Bosch connect with enterprises that utilize Bosch's advanced industry 4.0 technology and promote the transformation and upgrading. The Management Committee of the industrial park has cooperated with Tusholdings to carry out investment promotion, industrial service, innovation incubation, and set up a China-Germany Enterprise Service Center with 26 German enterprises and 39 Chinese service institutions to offer enterprises in the park with a full-chain "one-stop" industrial service from start-up, growth to maturity.
