Notice on Applying for 2022 High-quality Sci-tech Findings Transformation Program

To give full play to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) as main entities of transforming sci-tech findings into productive forces, urge MSMEs to actively transform and industrialize the sci-tech findings by universities, research institutes, and medical and health institutes, and support the high-quality development of the capital city, the application for 2022 high-quality sci-tech findings transformation program has now begun. Details are provided as follows:

I.Materials and requirements

1.Apply online in reference to the Guidebook on the Application for 2022 High-quality Sci-tech Findings Transformation Program (the Guidebook). The applicant shall fill in the “Application Form for High-quality Sci-tech Findings Transformation Program” (the Application Form) on https://mis.kw.beijing.gov.cn (Beijing sci-tech plan comprehensive management platform – online service system). 

2.Prepare other materials in reference to the Guidebook, stamp the company seal on them, scan the stamped materials and upload them to the platform. Paper materials need not be submitted and shall be kept by the applicant for record. 

II.Period of application

Applications shall be submitted prior to August 12, 2022. Applications submitted after that will not be accepted.

III.Recipient of applications

1.Beijing Sci-tech Findings Transformation Service Center provides consulting services on the application.

2.For inquiries, please call: 010-88827019, 010-88827060. Working hours: 9:00-11:30, 13:30-17:30 during the application period. 

IV.The Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission and the Administrative Commission of Zhongguancun Science Park have never designated, authorized or entrusted any agency or individual as an agency or agent for program application. Any action of proxy application by any agency or individual has nothing to do with Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission and the Administrative Commission of Zhongguancun Science Park.
